Trust me, I know what it’s like to feel disconnected & separated from life, others, and my own heart & desires. It can feel really lonely, depressing, and confusing. It creates dis-ease in the body, mind, and soul and can manifest as a variety of chronic health conditions - inflammation, asthma, allergies, IBS, diabetes, cancer, etc. I spent so much of my life living from an anxious mind and not even knowing there was a different way to live until I was diagnosed with my own autoimmune condition which started this journey of my own transformations.
